• Diagnosing and inspecting a variety of makes and models for faults and malfunctions
• Repairing and adjusting equipment and replacing defective parts
• Performing updates, pre-season delivery inspections and pre-season inspections
• Completing work orders and entering technician notes into computer
• Ordering parts and providing quotes
• Traveling to customers may be required in service truck
